Established over 40 years ago, A One Precision Engineers Ltd today supply high precision components to a wide range of customers in a verity of industry sectors including Aerospace, Motorsport, Medical, Automotive, Oil and Gas and Defence.

In many cases A One Precision Engineers components fulfil a ‘safety to life’ critical role, consequently producing parts working to tolerances of .002mm from a wide range of exotic and commercial materials, with 100% inspection being carried out in accordance with AS9100 REVISION C & BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

A One Precision Engineers Ltd employee 22 production personnel with a wealth of technical expertise and in 2005 relocated to modern larger premises near Heathrow and have continued to expand through investment in a wide range of CNC Lathes both bar fed and chucking applications and vertical CNC Mills with a number of 4th axis applications.

A One Precision Engineers Ltd now has the capacity and infrastructure to offer “one off” prototype, medium and large batches of precision parts, assembly’s and identification marking in house and also have a vast bank of suppliers for material, finishing and heat treatments which other companies have been unable to produce successfully, in terms of quality and price.
