PRODUCTION FACILITIES INVENTORY

Production Departments
Our advanced and comprehensive facilities, which include the most up to date micro processor controlled equipment, have been planned and specifically organised, for the precision machining of close tolerance components.

We can manufacture parts within the following ranges: CNC MACHINED COMPONENTS 700mm x 460mm x 600mm CONVENTIONALLY MACHINED COMPONENTS 1200mm x 450mm x 450mm We are experienced in both production and prototype work. To view our full equipment list please click here.

Ancillary Departments
We have a comprehensive range of back up facilities, from cutting off equipment, drilling and tapping, cutter grinding and an extensive range of power hand tools.
Quality Control
We are an AS9100 revision B & BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000 registered company and have a well equipped modern inspection department, with well qualified and experienced staff, with the Chief Inspector reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.
Computer Department
LICOM C.A.M PROGRAMMING SYSTEM
A well established and equipped department, with terminals connected directly to our CNC machines to form a centralised link with all machines. We are able to receive data direct from customers' CAD Systems via a modem.
Production Control
We take great pride in our past achievements in meeting delivery promised and schedules and will always see this as a key element of our business if we are to continue to be successful. So, our production control department comes under the direct supervision of our Production Director.
Stores
Our raw material, bonded, quarantine and work in progress stores are all strictly controlled. In addition we have extensive tool stores.

Workforce
We have a well motivated, highly experienced workforce, the majority of whom have been with the company for some considerable time. We have a very flexible approach and so can respond quickly to those unexpected and urgent delivery needs that arise from time to time.
