EQUIPMENT AND INFORSTRUCURE
Our modern workshop and offices are located in Central park estate which is self contained and has full time security.
We have further available floor space for continued growth and expansion on our already comprehensive facilities, which include modern CNC machinery, other manufacturing, Inspection and IT equipment. This has been planned and put in place specifically for the manufacture of precision components.

Sales and Project Engineering Department
A One Precision Engineers has a dedicated department with an extensive manufacturing and industry knowledge working closely with new and existing customers, suppliers, sub contractors and logistics companies and work internally with the production teams and programming departments this allows A One Precision to respond quickly to all quotation requests, monitor production and answer any engineering related questions, build and maintain successful working relationships.
Programming Department
A One Precision Engineers has a dedicated programming department well equipped using the latest in CAD/CAM software, with terminals connected directly to all machines. Programming from customer drawings and digital 3D models. A One Precision can also offer full design and development for our customers for the purpose of cost reduction, usability, strength, component life and achievability of specification criteria.
Production Departments
A One Precision Engineers modern workshop consists of 4 individual production departments working independently and together producing high quality parts for a large range of customers, equip with modern CNC machines, Dot Marking machines, conventional machines , cutting up equipment , work holding tooling and fixtures.
Inspection and Quality Control Department
A One Precision Engineers Inspection and quality control department work closely with our customer's quality departments and our own internal departments to ensure that specifications are achieved and standards are maintained. The department is equip with modern inspection technology and all gauges and measuring equipment are regularly calibrated. Working in conjunction with AS9100 revision C & BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000.
Stores, Packaging and Delivery Department
A One Precision Engineers have strictly controlled stores for all raw materials, bonded, quarantine and work in progress. In addition we have extensive tooling and fixtures stored. Components are packaged carefully and sealed securely ready for delivery by our delivery drivers or carriage companies.
Workforce
We have a well motivated, highly experienced workforce, the majority of whom have been with the company for some considerable time mixed with younger members. We have a flexible approach and respond quickly to urgent delivery needs. Development of employees is very important to A One Precision Engineers and continued training and investment in staff is an ongoing process. |
